Terms of Service

Kent Test Prep provides online 11+ Kent Test preparation: weekly assessments, adaptive practice, lessons and progress tracking, for children in Years 3-5. By creating an account you confirm you are over 18 and are the parent or guardian of any child you add to the account.

The subscription is a progressive family plan: £50 per month for one child, £80 for two, £100 for three, then £20 per additional child, billed via Stripe.

• You pay your first month when you subscribe. Subscriptions started before 1 October 2026 were pro-rated to the end of that calendar month and renew on the 1st of each month; subscriptions started on or after 1 October 2026 renew automatically on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• The monthly amount follows the number of children on your account (£50 / £80 / £100 for the first three, then £20 each extra). Adding or removing a child mid-month adjusts your next payment accordingly.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it; if it ultimately fails, full access pauses until the payment succeeds. Any trial assessment already available remains available.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing") - cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Because you get immediate access to the full service, payments already made are not refundable except where required by law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you first subscribe; if you use the service during that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have used. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Before subscribing, each family may complete one full assessment free of charge (32 questions, about 25 minutes, pause and resume anytime) - results, the estimated score and one targeted practice set are included, and no card is needed. Full access to weekly assessments, practice and lessons requires an active paid subscription.

• Keep your login details safe and supervise your child's use of the service.
• Choose a PIN for your child that siblings and classmates can't easily guess.
• Use the service for your own family only - accounts may not be shared, resold or used by tutors or schools for their pupils without our written agreement.
• Don't attempt to copy, scrape or redistribute the question content, or disrupt the service.

We work hard to make the practice realistic and effective, but we cannot guarantee any particular exam result, score or grammar school place. The service is a study aid, not a substitute for judgement about your child's education. The service is provided with reasonable skill and care; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or archive accounts that breach these terms (for example, sharing accounts or abusive behaviour towards our support). If we do this to a paying account without good cause, we will refund the unused part of the current month.

We may update these terms; we'll give at least 14 days' notice in the app before significant changes take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
