Free assessment

Your child takes a 25-minute check-in across English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning. You get their indicative standardised score against the Kent pass mark, subject by subject.

Weekly missions

Every week a new mission is built from their gaps - short, game-like rounds with XP, streaks and a companion that grows as they improve.

You watch the graph climb

Your dashboard shows standardised scores, topic mastery and the trajectory towards their target school. Monthly mock papers check the real thing.

Simple pricing, whatever route you take

Membership is £50 a month for one child (£80 for two, £100 for three), rolling monthly from the day you subscribe, cancel anytime from your own dashboard. On its own it covers the full preparation cycle - assessment, weekly adaptive practice, monthly mocks and score tracking. Alongside a tutor, it means their paid hours go on teaching, not on marking worksheets.

Questions parents ask

Should we use this instead of a tutor, or with one?+
Either works. If your child is self-motivated and you just want structured, measured practice, Kent Test Prep covers the whole cycle on its own. If you want one-to-one teaching on top, the platform handles the practice between sessions so tutoring hours go further. Lots of our families do both - and tutors can follow their students' progress through our partner programme.
Is this just another worksheet app?+
No. Missions are generated fresh each week from your child's own results - the topics they wobbled on come back until they're solid, and the difficulty adapts as they improve.
Will my child actually do it without nagging?+
That's the design brief. Children earn XP, keep streaks alive and grow a companion that evolves as they improve. Weekly missions are about 25 minutes - short enough to fit round tea time. You get a results email after each one, so you don't have to chase.
How do I know it's working?+
Numbers, not vibes: indicative standardised scores on the Kent 69-141 scale, topic-by-topic mastery, a trajectory graph, and monthly Kent-format mock papers with a pass-mark verdict against the current 345 threshold.
